    It was decided.<\/p>\n

    I had to do an emergency intensive nourishing treatment for my hair or I was going to go bald in my 20s.<\/p>\n

    But I found myself a bit disoriented about what treatment to do to repair the health of my hair.<\/p>\n

    If you are one of those that can\u2019t even let conditioner sit in your hair for five minutes, don\u2019t do botox.<\/p>\n

    Botox is a treatment for people with patience.<\/p>\n

    With time.<\/p>\n

    With a love for the details.<\/p>\n

    If you don\u2019t bring together these conditions, keep on walking.<\/p>\n

    And be content with you straw-like, dry hair with split ends<\/a> and no shine.<\/p>\n

    Follow these steps carefully.<\/p>\n

    STEP 1: WASH YOUR HAIR<\/div>

    Don\u2019t even think of using your regular shampoo.<\/p>\n

    That one you bought in a rush from the shelf of the supermarket.<\/p>\n

    Here you need a clarifying shampoo.<\/p>\n

    Don\u2019t be scared, it\u2019s not to lighten your hair.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n The clarifying shampoo is used to deeply clean your hair. <\/span>\n

    The acetic acid, which we generally find in vinegar, strips out any sign of dirt or remnants of other products.<\/p>\n

    Wash your hair generously.<\/p>\n

    Two times.<\/p>\n

    Yes, two times.<\/p>\n

    To be sure that the hair botox can penetrate your hair fibers.<\/p>\n

    After, generously rinse with warm water. <\/div><\/div>\n

    STEP 2: DRY YOUR HAIR<\/div>

    Please, don\u2019t scrub your hair with a towel to get out your anger from your boyfriend.<\/p>\n

    Smoothly, just by stroking, squeeze out the excess moisture of your hair. <\/div><\/div>\n

    STEP 3: DETANGLE YOUR HAIR<\/div>

    I know it\u2019s not easy, since you didn\u2019t apply conditioner.<\/p>\n

    But with lots of patience and a wide-toothed comb, you can detangle your hair.<\/p>\n

    Think about what you\u2019ll get at the end of all of this.<\/p>\n

    Yes, I know.<\/p>\n

    I\u2019m putting the carrot before the rabbit. <\/div><\/div>\n

     <\/p>\n

    STEP 4: PREPARE THE BOTOX<\/div>
    \n

    Very Important!<\/p>\n

    Strictly follow the proportions of amounts.<\/p>\n

    Remember that we are going to use one vial.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    What I did was the following.<\/p>\n

    Heat up water in a container.<\/p>\n

    In a bowl, place the content of the vial.<\/p>\n

    And after, with patience, I filled the vial three times with hot water, and afterward place them in the container with the contents of the vial.<\/p>\n

    Because the indicated proportion is 3 vials of hot water to one vial.<\/p>\n

    Mix well until you get an homogenous mixture, that looks almost creamy.<\/div><\/div>\n

    STEP 5: APPLY THE MIXTURE<\/div>

    Divide the hair into sections.<\/p>\n

    With lots of patience, and the help of a paintbrush, and always leaving two centimeters from the scalp, start applying the product on each of your pieces of hair. <\/div><\/div>\n

    STEP 6: WAIT FOR THE PRODUCT TO TAKE EFFECT<\/div>

    Here is the momento for us to sit quietly and wait.<\/p>\n

    The miracle is happening.<\/p>\n

    If you let it sit without any heat source, like a thermal cap, I advise you to leave it on for twenty minutes.<\/p>\n

    On the other hand, ten minutes would be enough. <\/div><\/div>\n

    STEP 7: RINSE OUT THE PRODUCT AND DRY YOUR HAIR<\/div>

    Once the time has passed, rinse out your hair and dry it with the help of a hair dryer.<\/p>\n

    You can use a round brush to detangle the hair while you dry it.<\/p>\n

    While the heat of the hair dryer does its work, think about how there\u2019s little time left for frizz-free, nourished hair thanks to hair botox.<\/div><\/div>\n

    STEP 8: SEAL THE PRODUCT<\/div>
