If you have highlights in your hair, whether they were done with a cap, paper, or comb, nothing can keep you from changing your look to a balayage.<\/span> <\/strong><\/p>\n

The balayage technique includes bleaching by streaks or layers, so the previous highlights are appropriate for this.<\/p>\n
