I learned from experience. Because not every long ago, I also wanted to cover my grey hair.<\/p>\n

The final straw was when I ran into an acquaintance of mine at the store. I say “acquaintance”… this girl is quite a piece of work. She’s a drama queen who spreads negativity as her life depends on it.<\/p>\n

So there I was, checking out all the hair dyes, when I heard her shrill voice behind me.<\/p>\n

I froze, knowing that this girl always makes me feel like I need an appointment with my therapist. But, because -unlike some people- I’m not rude, I turned around to say hello. Of course, she immediately interrupted me.<\/p>\n

And the first thing out of her mouth was, “wow, all that grey hair makes you look ten years older! You really should do something about that.”<\/p>\n

Thankfully my phone rang, and I had to excuse myself to take a call from my daughter. Otherwise, there might have been one less drama queen in the world by the time that conversation was over.<\/p>\n

As much as I hated to admit it, she was right. Instead of looking like highlights, the grey hairs made me look older.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
