But, you should always check the date on the package before using any dye.<\/div><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Many clients at my salon ask me, \u201c<em>Can I use dye again once I\u2019ve opened it?<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<span class=\"su-highlight\" style=\"background:#ffb5e8;color:#000000\">&nbsp;The answer is, \u201cYes, you can use it again, if and only if you haven\u2019t mixed it with peroxide.\u201d &nbsp;<\/span>\n<p>What does that mean?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>You mix permanent dyes with peroxide.<\/p>\n<p>Peroxide is what causes the chemical reaction that allows color to penetrate your hair.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Both the tube dyes that professional salons use and box dyes you can find in supermarkets or pharmacies need to be mixed with peroxide.<\/span> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>So, let me ask you a question. What should you do with the dye that you\u2019ve already mixed with peroxide?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"su-list milista\" style=\"margin-left:0px\">\n<ul>\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-check-square-o\" style=\"color:#800080\"><\/i> If you\u2019ve already mixed the dye with peroxide, then you cannot use it again another time. Your only option is to throw it away.<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-check-square-o\" style=\"color:#800080\"><\/i> If you didn\u2019t mix the dye with peroxide, then you can save it for future use. <\/div><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Everything that we\u2019ve talked about so far applies to permanent dye.<\/p>\n<p>What happens if the leftover dye is semi-permanent?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Semi-permanent dyes are a whole different ballgame.<\/p>\n<p>Usually, semi-permanent dyes come in small packets. A todas las mujeres nos sucede que cuando estamos alegres festejamos con un cambio de look y cuando estamos en un mal momento renovamos las energ\u00edas en el sal\u00f3n. \u2022 Estudie en IAP (Instituto Argentino de peluquer\u00eda) para recibir mi t\u00edtulo de estilista en el a\u00f1o 2006. \u2022 Luego en el instituto tambi\u00e9n me especialice en colorimetr\u00eda, los colores y tonos del cabello son fundamentales para expresar lo que uno desea. \u2022 En el a\u00f1o 2015 en IAP tom\u00e9 cursos de alisado, b\u00f3tox y cauterizaci\u00f3n capilar. \u2022 Y en el a\u00f1o 2017 t\u00e9cnicas de desgastado (balayage, californianas etc). Mantenerse actualizada en las tendencias es fundamental para cualquier estilista. Cuando veo a mis clientas que ven el cabello exactamente como lo so\u00f1aban para mi es un logro personal. A todas las mujeres nos sucede que cuando estamos alegres festejamos con un cambio de look y cuando estamos en un mal momento renovamos las energ\u00edas en el sal\u00f3n. \u2022 Estudie en IAP (Instituto Argentino de peluquer\u00eda) para recibir mi t\u00edtulo de estilista en el a\u00f1o 2006. \u2022 Luego en el instituto tambi\u00e9n me especialice en colorimetr\u00eda, los colores y tonos del cabello son fundamentales para expresar lo que uno desea. \u2022 En el a\u00f1o 2015 en IAP tom\u00e9 cursos de alisado, b\u00f3tox y cauterizaci\u00f3n capilar. \u2022 Y en el a\u00f1o 2017 t\u00e9cnicas de desgastado (balayage, californianas etc). Mantenerse actualizada en las tendencias es fundamental para cualquier estilista. Cuando veo a mis clientas que ven el cabello exactamente como lo so\u00f1aban para mi es un logro personal.
