So let\u2019s start from there.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>What is ombr\u00e9?<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-27990\" src=\"https:\/\/botoxcapilar.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/ombre-pelo-lacio.jpg\" alt=\"copper tones\" width=\"450\" height=\"550\" srcset=\"https:\/\/botoxcapilar.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/ombre-pelo-lacio.jpg 450w, https:\/\/botoxcapilar.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/ombre-pelo-lacio-245x300.jpg 245w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"su-list milista\" style=\"margin-left:0px\">\n<ul>\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-check-square-o\" style=\"color:#800080\"><\/i> Ombr\u00e9 is different from other techniques because you leave the roots their natural color, meaning that you never dye them.<\/div><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There are many different color options, <span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>but you should always try to choose what will go well with your root color and fade to the ends in a honey, chocolate, or even platinum blonde color.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"su-list milista\" style=\"margin-left:0px\">\n<ul>\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-check-square-o\" style=\"color:#800080\"><\/i> There are many techniques for getting this style. In my case, I like to generate a natural effect by using a cap, for example, while others do it with foil or even by teasing your hair.<\/div><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As you\u2019ll see there are a bunch of different ways to do this technique; it will all depend on the expert you go to and how they feel comfortable doing your hair when it comes time to do the deed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"su-list milista\" style=\"margin-left:0px\">\n<ul>\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-check-square-o\" style=\"color:#800080\"><\/i> You must know that you must leave this to professionals since it is not at all easy to get the final, delicate ombr\u00e9 effect. <\/div><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There are a million online tutorials that you can find, promising you that you can do it from home, and what surprises me most is that they suggest painting your hair randomly with a dye brush.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<span class=\"su-highlight\" style=\"background:#ffb5e8;color:#000000\">&nbsp;A hair colorist might be able to learn the necessary technique to do that after years of practice and hundreds of examples of trial and error.&nbsp;<\/span>\n<p>It really seems crazy to me that people would try at home because of the color disasters that could come out of it, not to mention that you could burn your hair and there\u2019s no going back from that.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>And that\u2019s why I\u2019ll repeat it time and time again: Be very conscientious when it comes time to change your look. It\u2019s better to take your time and save up to go to a professional than to follow any old tutorial online and end up with damaged hair.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>How come you can let your highlights grow out to turn them into ombr\u00e9?<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-27991\" src=\"https:\/\/botoxcapilar.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/ombre-pelo-casta\u00f1o.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"550\" srcset=\"https:\/\/botoxcapilar.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/ombre-pelo-casta\u00f1o.jpg 450w, https:\/\/botoxcapilar.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/ombre-pelo-casta\u00f1o-245x300.jpg 245w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I use the same technique for doing ombr\u00e9 as I do for <a href=\"https:\/\/botoxcapilar.org\/en\/cap-vs-foil-highlights\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cap highlights<\/a>, except that when it comes time to bleach my clients\u2019 hair, I leave about an inch without bleach at the roots and from there start to use the product on their hair.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>That creates the subtle, delicate fading effect characteristic of ombr\u00e9.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<span class=\"su-highlight\" style=\"background:#ffb5e8;color:#000000\">&nbsp;The difference is that highlights begin right at your roots, while ombr\u00e9 always leave at least 1 inch before beginning the color to get that characteristic depth.&nbsp;<\/span>\n<p>So, I\u2019m justified in my response that obviously you can let your roots grow out to get a beautiful ombr\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Surely, you\u2019re more than happy with this news, since getting it done in the salon can be very expensive while you have the solution right here at your fingertips without needing to spend a fortune.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>What would the process be for getting a beautiful ombr\u00e9?<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-27992\" src=\"https:\/\/botoxcapilar.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/de-reflejos-a-ombre.jpg\" alt=\"growing hair\" width=\"450\" height=\"550\" srcset=\"https:\/\/botoxcapilar.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/de-reflejos-a-ombre.jpg 450w, https:\/\/botoxcapilar.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/de-reflejos-a-ombre-245x300.jpg 245w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>But not everything is so perfect. You need to keep in mind several different things if you want your ombr\u00e9 to be the subject of everyone\u2019s envy.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"su-list milista\" style=\"margin-left:0px\">\n<ul>\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-check-square-o\" style=\"color:#800080\"><\/i> <span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>It\u2019s not so easy as just letting your roots grow out without any second thoughts.<\/strong><\/span> You need to keep in mind that the last time you got your highlights done, your hair colorist probably spaced them out, with at least a centimeter between each set of highlights for that perfectly \u201chighlighted\u201d look. <\/div><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you were to have too many highlights without that spacing, your roots would stand out too much, and they wouldn\u2019t blend in naturally with your hair\u2026 instead, there\u2019d be a <a href=\"https:\/\/botoxcapilar.org\/en\/ombre-gone-wrong\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">dark curtain at your roots<\/a>, calling attention to where your hair has been dyed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"su-list milista\" style=\"margin-left:0px\">\n<ul>\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-check-square-o\" style=\"color:#800080\"><\/i> Another detail is that depending on the light color you have on your ends, you might need to use a toning shampoo to make sure your color doesn\u2019t turn orange or yellow.<\/div><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If your ends are blonde and you\u2019re worried about them turning yellow, you should use a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.johnfrieda.com\/en-uk\/blog\/hair-products\/purple-shampoo-101\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">purple shampoo<\/a>, which will neutralize the golden colors you don\u2019t want, and maintain a more delicate and natural color for longer.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"su-list milista\" style=\"margin-left:0px\">\n<ul>\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-check-square-o\" style=\"color:#800080\"><\/i> On the other hand, if your hair goes from brown to honey-colored, you\u2019re probably more worried about your hair turning orange, so you\u2019ll need to tone your hair with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lorealparisusa.com\/beauty-magazine\/hair-care\/color-treated-hair\/blue-shampoo.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">blue shampoo<\/a> to make your color look bright and radiant for longer.<\/div><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These tips are key for making sure your ombr\u00e9 looks fantastic.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Ombr\u00e9 from zero<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-27993\" src=\"https:\/\/botoxcapilar.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/ombre-caramelo.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"530\" srcset=\"https:\/\/botoxcapilar.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/ombre-caramelo.jpg 480w, https:\/\/botoxcapilar.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/ombre-caramelo-272x300.jpg 272w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 480px) 100vw, 480px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re hoping to do this in the future, that\u2019s great, and let me say that ombr\u00e9 turns out much prettier, more natural, and without a doubt, less aggressive for your hair if you do this process progressively.<\/p>\n<p>You should go to your favorite salon and ask for thin, spaced out highlights every three months, <span class=\"su-highlight\" style=\"background:#ffb5e8;color:#000000\">&nbsp;and you should choose a specific color and always ask for the same color each time you go to touch up your highlights.&nbsp;<\/span>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>And for how long should you keep the highlights? A mis 25 a\u00f1os comenc\u00e9 a trabajar por mi cuenta, atendiendo a domicilio usando como medio de difusi\u00f3n Facebook y el boca en boca. Al cabo de un a\u00f1o ya no ten\u00eda lugar en la agenda y mis clientas deb\u00edan sacar turno con much\u00edsimo tiempo de anticipaci\u00f3n. A los 28 fui madre de mi hermoso Thiago, por lo que mis clientas se vieron obligadas a suplantarme por lo menos durante un a\u00f1o. A los 29 decid\u00ed ponerme en marcha para volver a trabajar pero ten\u00eda muchas ganas de perfeccionarme en el mundo del peinado por lo que tome un curso con la talentos\u00edsima Romina Romero. Y por si fuera poco, a todo este mundo de la peluquer\u00eda quer\u00eda sumarle un plus adicional a las visitas de mis clientas, este a\u00f1o hice un curso de manicuria Rusa y esmaltado semipermanente con Lorena Cantone. Se me ocurri\u00f3 ocupar el tiempo de exposici\u00f3n de una tintura por ejemplo para que mis clientas no solo se vayan con el pelo divino sino que con sus u\u00f1as tambi\u00e9n. Soy una persona totalmente proactiva, todo el tiempo en movimiento y con sed de conocimiento, amo este mundo que pr\u00e1cticamente cambia todos los d\u00edas y que me permite no aburrirme nunca. De m\u00e1s grande, hice el curso acelerado de peluquer\u00eda b\u00e1sica en la escuela Dayloplas durante un a\u00f1o y luego hice el perfeccionamiento en colorimetr\u00eda en la misma escuela a mis 22 a\u00f1os. De inmediato comenc\u00e9 a trabajar en una famosa peluquer\u00eda llamada G\u00e9nesis, ubicada a treinta minutos de mi casa en la localidad de San Fernando, el volumen de gente era much\u00edsimo por lo que adquir\u00ed mucha experiencia y rapidez. Mi jefe Martin Leiva es un genio en colorimetr\u00eda, por lo que me empap\u00e9 todo lo que pude durante mis dos a\u00f1os trabajando con \u00e9l. A mis 25 a\u00f1os comenc\u00e9 a trabajar por mi cuenta, atendiendo a domicilio usando como medio de difusi\u00f3n Facebook y el boca en boca. Al cabo de un a\u00f1o ya no ten\u00eda lugar en la agenda y mis clientas deb\u00edan sacar turno con much\u00edsimo tiempo de anticipaci\u00f3n. A los 28 fui madre de mi hermoso Thiago, por lo que mis clientas se vieron obligadas a suplantarme por lo menos durante un a\u00f1o. A los 29 decid\u00ed ponerme en marcha para volver a trabajar pero ten\u00eda muchas ganas de perfeccionarme en el mundo del peinado por lo que tome un curso con la talentos\u00edsima Romina Romero. Y por si fuera poco, a todo este mundo de la peluquer\u00eda quer\u00eda sumarle un plus adicional a las visitas de mis clientas, este a\u00f1o hice un curso de manicuria Rusa y esmaltado semipermanente con Lorena Cantone. Se me ocurri\u00f3 ocupar el tiempo de exposici\u00f3n de una tintura por ejemplo para que mis clientas no solo se vayan con el pelo divino sino que con sus u\u00f1as tambi\u00e9n. Soy una persona totalmente proactiva, todo el tiempo en movimiento y con sed de conocimiento, amo este mundo que pr\u00e1cticamente cambia todos los d\u00edas y que me permite no aburrirme nunca.
